Free extension planner

A few questions, and we find a home like yours.

How it works

  1. 01

    Answer a few questions

When your home was built, what kind of home it is, how it has been extended, and how many bedrooms and bathrooms it has.

  2. 02

    See homes like yours

Up to four typical London homes that match your answers, each with its floor plan.

  3. 03

See its plan, then in 3D

It opens on its floor plan, to scale and furnished, floor by floor. One press shows the same home in 3D, seen from the garden.

  4. 04

    Make it yours

Move walls, doors and windows, add an extension, a loft or a basement, and the furniture rearranges itself. Then send us your design, or ask for its plans.

Free Extension Planner

Good to know

Is the extension planner really free?
Yes, and there is nothing to sign up for. You only leave your name and email if you want your plans, or want us to get in touch about your design.
Is it my own home?
It is a typical London home like yours, chosen from your answers: Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian terraces, semi-detached and detached houses, 1920s and 30s, post-war and new build homes, and flats in converted houses and mansion blocks. Sizes are a guide; we measure your own home on site.
What can I change?
Internal walls, doors and windows, the size and use of each room, the bathrooms, the floor finishes and split levels. You can add a rear or side extension, fill the side return, convert the loft or dig a basement.
Can I keep what I design?
Your changes stay in your browser, so they are there when you come back on the same device. You can also ask for your plans: every floor to scale, as it is and as you designed it. We keep them for you and email them to you when you write to us.
How do I turn my design into a real project?
Send us your design from the page. We see the home you chose and the changes you made, and one of us comes back to you to arrange a free consultation.
