About MVV
Building dreams, crafting excellence
A London design and build contractor, taking homes from first sketch to finished space.
Our story
Design and build, under one roof
MVV is a design and build contractor based in Chiswick, West London. We work across West, South West, North West, Central and South East London on high-end residential, commercial and hospitality projects, from full home refurbishments and extensions to loft conversions, period-property work and bespoke joinery.
A team of 35 people across design, build and project management keeps your project under one roof and one point of responsibility. We work alongside architects and contract administrators on both design-and-build and traditional contracts, so the brief, the budget and the build stay in step from the first conversation to handover. Every project is fully insured, backed by £10M public and employers' liability cover, and managed to high safety and quality standards.

MVV Vision
With a heritage of craftsmanship and a personal approach, we turn considered design into homes and spaces our clients are proud to live and work in.
“We’re thrilled with our new loft conversion. The MVV team managed everything seamlessly, from planning permissions to the final touches. The additional space has transformed our home, and we couldn’t be happier.”
Our values
What we do
01
Visions into Reality
MVV is a London design and build contractor, guiding clients seamlessly from pre-planning to completion. We bring general construction, architectural and interior design, and property management together under one roof, so your vision stays intact at every stage.
02
Personalised Approach
A dedicated project manager oversees each job, keeping it on time and on budget. We agree fee structures and the design process upfront, then put a capable construction team behind the design so the finished space matches the one we set out to build.
03
Fusion of Design and Build
We treat design and construction as one integrated system, which is how we keep programmes tight and results sharp. From rear and side extensions to full refurbishments and ground-up rebuilds, MVV is your single partner from concept to handover.
04
Bespoke Design
As a London design and build firm, we craft spaces as individual as the people who live in them. From premium penthouses to family homes across West, South West, North West, Central and South East London, we shape interiors that are a genuine pleasure to come home to.
05
Commercial and Hospitality
In commercial and hospitality spaces, the look of a venue is part of the experience. Our refurbishment and fit-out work goes beyond aesthetics to create bars, restaurants and workspaces that reflect your brand and keep customers coming back.
06
Flawless Execution
We deliver tailored interior design and build for high-end residential and commercial projects, blending style, function and comfort. Detailed plans and precise project management turn the concept into a space that is built right the first time.
07
Environment at Heart
Ethical practice and attentive client service define how we work. We take environmental responsibility seriously, working sustainably and in line with current legislation to limit the impact of every project.
08
Trusted and Insured
Backed by £10M public and employers' liability cover, our team works to high safety and quality standards. A promise of quality materials, attention to detail and careful workmanship sets us apart, and we collaborate closely with architects, engineers and property specialists.
