Project scope
MVV has been appointed to refurbish a former Michelin-starred restaurant on Baker Street, bringing a fresh concept to life in collaboration with Red Deer Architects. The scope of works includes the careful restoration of original features, a full redecoration, and the introduction of a new ambiance through updated lighting and a custom-designed sound system. The transformation balances heritage with contemporary character, setting the stage for the venue’s next chapter.
