The brief
Project scope
MVV has been appointed for the design and build conversion of an existing building into 6 flats and a commercial space. Extra space was added, including a roof terrace and a deeper basement for the commercial area. The development's goal was to maximize the available space while ensuring each flat has its own distinctive features. These include balconies, open-plan kitchens, and double-floor flats, providing unique selling points for potential buyers or tenants. MVV supplied the windows and joinery, and the facade restoration works have been completed to enhance the building's aesthetic appeal.
