Project scope
This double-storey extension redefines the way a home can feel. On the ground floor, an expansive open-plan living room draws natural light from two aspects, creating a bright, welcoming space that feels connected to the outside at every turn.
The upper floor continues the same philosophy — an open-plan principal bedroom suite flooded with light from two sides, housing a private sauna, a bespoke fitted wardrobe and a home office, all woven together without a single element feeling out of place. The result is a floor that adapts effortlessly to rest, wellness and work, all within one cohesive space.
Outside, the extension makes a quiet statement. Brick and timber cladding come together on the façade to bring warmth and texture, complementing the home’s existing character while giving the addition a distinct identity of its own.
