MVV was appointed for the design and build of a 150 sqm apartment in the heart of Hampstead. The refurbishment created an open-plan living and kitchen area, with a custom sliding door for optional separation. A bespoke kitchen was tailored to the client’s needs, and a seating area created by the bow windows offers a perfect spot to enjoy garden views. Lighting was a key focus – mood lighting was installed throughout the flat to enhance the herringbone flooring and accessories touches, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

A detailed site survey is conducted, followed by architectural drawings of the existing and proposed layouts.

Interior Design Package
Creation of the comprehensive interior design package, including visuals and a material schedule. All second fix items are hand-picked for elements such as finishes, fixtures, and furniture.
Stage Four:
Strip Out and Demolition
The existing space is cleared, with careful demolition to prepare for construction. This phase ensures the site is ready for the next stage while minimizing disruptions.

Construction Phase
Construction begins, with our team managing all aspects of the build. This phase includes structural work, installations, and final touches, ensuring the project is completed to the highest standard.
