MVV has been appointed to design and build a three-bedroom lake-view flat. The project began with a tailored design concept, with the layout carefully adapted to suit the client’s lifestyle and needs. The refurbishment embraced a modern aesthetic, with a strong emphasis on the use of natural materials.
Wall paneling was introduced to add texture and warmth, complemented by integrated LED lighting to enhance ambiance throughout the space. Natural wood played a central role in the final finish, contributing to a refined yet organic atmosphere. A standout feature of the design is the hybrid kitchen island, seamlessly extending into the dining table—blending functionality with a striking visual statement.
