Project scope
MVV was appointed to transform an ex Bank unit into a fully operational restaurant, featuring a high-spec kitchen, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The original mosaic floor was restored and kept as a design feature, complemented by microcement flooring throughout.
The restaurant’s wine concept inspired the creation of a bespoke clay wine rack, designed to hold exactly three bottles. Mood lighting sets the tone, and a central bar with surrounding tables creates a social atmosphere. Additionally, a private dining room was added on the lower level, offering an exclusive space for guests.
