MVV has been appointed to design a 1,500 sqm lake-facing villa on Lake Como. The project commenced with an in-depth survey and architectural layouts, ensuring a seamless integration of the villa’s structure with its natural surroundings. This was followed by the development of the interior design concept, ultimately leading to the presentation of the interior design package.
The vision for the villa embraces the essence of Italian heritage while incorporating contemporary elements to achieve a timeless yet modern aesthetic. The selection of natural materials, including wood, stone, and marble, ensures durability and an organic connection with the landscape. The design balances tradition with innovation, creating a refined atmosphere that is both inviting and enduring.
